Sutphin leads Reynolds' philanthropic work, which includes developing partnerships with employees and the community, and is executive director of the Reynolds American Foundation, which donates millions of dollars through grants and employee matching funds. Sutphin also oversees the company’s Youth Tobacco Prevention program, Right Decisions Right Now-Be Tobacco Free, which in 2018 involved nearly 1,000 employee presentations to almost 500 youth organizations.
