Assistant Special Agent in Charge-Capital District

SA Minschew graduated from the University of NC at Pembroke in 1998 with a degree in Criminal Justice. She went on to later complete her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in public Safety/law enforcement in 2008 from Pfeiffer University. SA Minschew started her career with the NCSBI in 2002 as an agent assigned to the South Eastern District as a criminal/crime scene agent. In 2006, SA Minschew transferred to the Capital District and continued her assignment. SA Minschew worked a variety of investigations including Drug investigations, Homicides, Child Abuse, Embezzlements, and Officer Involved Shootings to name a few. In 2012, SA Minschew was promoted to Assistant Special Agent in Charge in the Capital District. SA Minschew also served for a time on the Crisis Negotiator’s Team.
