Hi, I am Dae’Mesha Shepard, I currently work at the University of South Carolina Beaufort as the Catering Supervisor. I work for a contracted company called Chartwells Higher Education and we oversee all the foodservice needs of the university. As the Catering Supervisor, I mainly connect with new and returning clients to assist them with their food needs for their upcoming events. I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University-Charlotte, with an A.A.S in Baking & Pastry Arts (2017) and a B.S. in Food Service Management (2019).
Hi, I am Davon Shepard and I am a Sous Chef for Hilton Head Hospital. Going to a high school for the arts, creativity came second nature to me and helped me create a new perspective on the industry I knew nothing about while I was enrolled. Four years later, I graduated with an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management.
